「回」紅烏龍小米酒，由 ＃方舟音樂餐廳 與 ＃台東回響樂團 聯名出品。

這支酒用的是連續十年獲得 iTQi 國際風味品質鑑定三星的博雅齋紅烏龍，和台東原住民的小米一起釀成。我們把紅烏龍的蜜香、熟果香與花香，揉進小米酒質樸微酸的酒體裡，成了一種沈靜的琥珀色味道，像呢喃台東一代又一代人的記憶。

「回」，是回鄉。酒的包裝紙內頁，是南排灣古調的曲譜—— 掃描 QR code，就能聽見台東回響樂團的演出，讓音樂陪你一起喝這一杯。每一瓶「回」，我們都捐出 100 元，支持「音樂小種子」偏鄉音樂教育計畫。希望這份回家的味道，也能成為能讓更多孩子認識音樂的未來。

“Echo” Red Oolong Millet Wine
Brewed with local Red Oolong—winner of the iTQi Superior Taste Award (3 stars) for ten consecutive years—and traditionally fermented millet from Taiwan’s Indigenous communities. Honeyed sweetness, ripe fruit, and floral notes blend into the gently tart character of millet wine, creating a calm amber hue.
