春雷初響,味蕾隨之甦醒。前菜「醒」以兩款精緻的塔塔,為這場春之饗宴揭開序幕。第一款,靈感源自西班牙經典的大蒜油蝦,我們選用臺東三和的鮮甜白蝦,搭配在地牛番茄的微酸,佐以橄欖油晶球,在口中迸發地中海的陽光氣息。
第二款,則以一片酥脆的蔓越莓吐司為基底,鋪滿臺東鹿野的金黃玉米,奶油的香氣與玉米的甜嫩交融,宛如春日田野的獻禮。兩種截然不同的風味,一同喚醒您對春季的所有想像。
As spring thunder awakens the earth, our appetizer “Awakening” arouses the palate. It begins with two exquisite tartlets. The first is a nod to Spanish gambas al ajillo, featuring sweet Sanhe shrimp from Taitung’s coast, brightened with local tomatoes and pearls of olive oil that burst with Mediterranean sunshine. The second is a tribute to the fields: a crisp cranberry toast layered with golden Luye corn, where buttery notes meet natural sweetness. Two distinct bites to awaken your senses to the imaginative flavors of spring.
