春之饗宴，以一抹圓滿作結。甜點「圓」，將西班牙米布丁的溫潤回憶，化為一道盤中詩篇。我們選用臺東池上米，製成口感綿密、米香清雅的冰淇淋，塑成完美的純白圓環。圓心之中，緩緩注入以蓮藕與大武獵場森林蜜熬製的甜湯，蜜香與花瓣的點綴，為這份圓滿增添一絲自然的詩意。這不僅是一道甜點，更是春日循環、生生不息的象徵。

Every feast concludes in a perfect circle. Our dessert, “Circle,” transforms the comforting memory of Spanish arroz con leche into a poem on a plate. We use renowned Chishang rice from Taitung to create a delicate, creamy rice pudding ice cream, shaped into a flawless white ring. At its center lies a pool of sweet soup made from lotus root and wild honey from the Dawu mountains. The subtle fragrance of honey, accented by delicate petals, adds a touch of natural poetry. This is more than a dessert; it is a symbol of spring’s endless, beautiful cycle.
